A seminar sponsored by Saad Specialist Hospital, Khobar disclosed that 77% of the infants in Saudi Arabia are not taking mother’s milk during the 1st month of age, according to the latest surveys.
The slogan of the seminar was ("Breast-feeding is advantageous to your health and to your child’s health") on the occasion of the Natural Suckling Day and in an attempt by Saad Specialist Hospital to gain recognition as a Childrens’s Friendly Hospital.
